What we collect
Goldfinch Grave Tending is run by Vanessa as a sole trader providing grave tending and memorial care in Leicestershire and Rutland. We only collect personal information you choose to share when you contact us by telephone, email, WhatsApp, or through the enquiry form on this website. That may include your name, contact details, the location of the memorial you would like tended, and details you tell us about the service you want.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to quote for and carry out the services you have asked about, to send before-and-after photographs, and to keep records needed for our own accounts and insurance. We do not sell your data, and this website itself does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Storage and retention
Enquiry emails are held in Vanessa’s email account. Notes, quotations and photographs relating to a job are kept only as long as necessary, or longer where records are required for accounting, tax or insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted where we have no legal reason to keep it. To do any of this, email goldfinchgt@outlook.com or call 07485 555 882. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
